How it Works

 

Initial contact – Contact me either by email or phone. This usually includes a brief discussion about your current fitness levels and what you want to achieve from personal training. Following this we set up a face to face meeting.

 

Assessment – We arrange a face to face meeting at the gym this allows me to look at your current levels of fitness, posture and biomechanics. This involves a brief cardio-vascular test, squat analysis, analysis hip/scapular/shoulder function and assessment of core stability. We also use this time to discuss your goals and address any questions you may have. Following this we discuss and we look at various plans of action that will help you achieve your goals.

 

Sessions – We arrange sessions a times that are suitable for both of us, the amount of times a week you come is entirely up to yourself.  Payment Options are available for single sessions and block bookings. For more information please see the prices & packages section. Session last 1 hour.
